  1. Getting Started

1.1 Creating an Account

Visit www.linoride.com and click on "Sign Up."

Choose whether you are a bike owner or a renter.

Fill in the required details and verify your email.

Set up your profile by adding your payment details and personal information.

1.2 Logging In

Click on "Log In" at the top-right corner.

Enter your email and password.

Click "Sign In" to access your dashboard.

  1. Listing a Bike

2.1 How to Add Your Bike

Go to "Your Listings" and click on "Post a new listing."

Set the rental price per hour or day.

Select the "Category" and the "Subcategory" of your Bike.

Write the title and the description of the listing.

Write the year of manufacture and the maintenance history of the the bike.

Select the accessories you will rent along with the bike.

Select your availability schedule.

Upload clear pictures and a detailed description of your bike.

Submit your listing for approval (our team manually reviews each listing before it goes live).

<< It is the responsibility of bike owners to obtain damage insurance for their bikes before listing them. Linoride is not responsible for any damage before, during and after a rental. >>

2.2 Managing Your Listings

Edit or remove your listings anytime through "My Listings."

Update availability and pricing based on demand.

3.1 How to Find a Bike

Use the search bar to find available bikes in your area.

Filter by type, price, and location.

Click on a listing to see more details and reviews.

3.2 Booking a Bike

Select the desired rental period.

Send a booking request to the owner.

Once approved, proceed to payment.

Pick up the bike at the agreed location and enjoy your ride!

3.3 Returning the Bike

Return the bike at the scheduled time.

Ensure the bike is in the same condition as when you rented it.

Leave a review to help future renters.

  1. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed securely through our platform.

Bike owners receive their earnings after the rental period ends.

5.1 Security Measures

Verify your identity to build trust.

The bike owner will always ask for your identity card before giving you access to the bike.

When renting a bike, the owner must ensure that the renter receives a good lock with a code or keys. Also, make sure that both parties (renter and bike owner) take photos of the bike at the same time to document any damage in the event of a dispute.

Always inspect the bike before and after renting.
